Covering the west of the city, The Valley is set to boast Britain's first city centre science park, a European-style tree-lined boulevard, urban squares and water-side locations.
to realise the vision that is The Valley, there will be 16 individual and imaginitive schemes.
The schemes will fall under the following themes:

The four key projects are:
Landmark residential buildings rising up to 25 storeys will share prime space with Bradford Science Park, maximising commercially valuable skills provided by the University.
Connecting a series of green spaces to create a safe and attractive linear recreational area, Beckside Park will link the University Campus with The Valley neighbourhood
The Urban Village will develop a significant residential community to the west of the city centre, while forming a hub of creative businesses and artists.
Serving as the vibrant focal point of the lively creative quarter of The Valley, Sunbridge Road will be a dynamic high street with tree-lined widened pavements, allowing cafes and shops to be anactive part of the environment.
Public and performance art will also be commissioned tp add to the creative atmosphere.
